We understand how stressful it can be when your pet needs emergency care, and we have established a system that guarantees that you can get emergency care when you need it. Because one veterinarian would not be able to provide service for 24-hours/day every day, we have established a coalition with other dedicated, competent veterinarians that practice in the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley and we share emergency call with Southway Animal Clinic and Lewiston Veterinary Clinic. Although we may not see your pet for an emergency, we are certain that your pet will receive the best of care from our trusted colleagues. Your records will be faxed to our clinic the following business day after the emergency visit. Please contact us the business day following the emergency to establish further follow up appointments and treatment for your pet.
If the emergency condition requires more specialized care, we may refer your pet to the Veterinary Hospital at Washington State University in Pullman. We do this to ensure that your pets receive the care they need.
For emergency care, please call our hospital at 509-758-5022. Please ONLY call this number for emergencies. Calling with routine questions will take the doctor away from patients with urgent needs. Please save routine questions for regular business hours listed below:
Business hours:
Mon-Fri: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm
Sat: 8:00 am – noon
Sun: Closed
All calls outside of these hours are considered emergency calls.
All fees must be paid at the time of service. Fees for emergency services are not billable.
