My hunting partner and I brought in his dog that accidently got hit with some buckshot a few weeks ago We were blown away with how they treated us in getting the dog in right away and stitched up. They did a fantastic job. It was our first time there because we are from western Wa. At this point I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed (which of course I hope not).

Our Anatolian Shepherd/Grand Pyrenees mix was limping so we looked for an urgent care clinic and Riverview staff was extremely helpful in getting her taken care of. Hazel is almost done with her meds and stopped limping after two days! Thank you for giving her such great care!

Went with my boyfriend and his dog for an examination and procedure. My issue was that they were so high volume in the waiting area / reception area it was hard to even hear the discharge instructions. the receptionist had no idea what procedure our pup was supposed to have, they chose not to preform an aspect of the procedure which we had specifically discussed with the vet and wouldn't have had any information on without us asking and the receptionist going back and conferring with the vet. i think for general stuff they did ok, but with how busy they always are i would caution if you are looking for a more 1:1 vet who will prioritize you having the full information of your pet. It felt like volume of patients was the priority rather than the quality of the appointments. Wasn't impressed, and we wont be going back.

I was very stressed about my cat who was straining to urinate. However, Dr. Sarah and the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming. We felt very safe and well taken care of. They provided us with great resources for the future in helping our sweet boy. They were also very accommodating when it came to finances. As a young woman trying to save money, they were very helpful in providing the right care to not only my needs but also my cats. I will be going here from now on!

My dog Diesel got ran over and was hurt bad. Even though Riverview was clearly busy they got him in for emergency surgery same day and saved his life. The Veterinarians were so kind and compassionate, even texting and checking in on him. All of the aftercare appointments were a great experience and it was amazing to watch our buddy recover. He almost seems happier and more adventurous now that he has a new lease on life. He's 12 years old and was starting to slow down, but now he just wants to be involved in everything. Our whole family is so happy. Riverview's pricing was very reasonable for what they've done for us. I only hope the best for all of the staff there and I'll recommend their service to everyone I can. My dog Sadie was having seizures.
I was from out of town. They saw her that night to evaluate her.
Later that night she had another seizures.
They gave me medicine to give her if she had another seizures.
I gave her the medicine and she has not had a seizures since.
I contacted my vet clinic when I got back into town.
Will be seeing them next week.

We love this vet clinic! Veterinary care can be difficult, expensive, and very sensitive for the owners. We have had such great experiences there and will continue to take our pets to Riverview. We started there last year after needing an emergency visit for one of our pets.
Dr. Sarah was super kind and although it was an emergency visit, she didn’t just rush us through and still took the time to explain the care our cat needed and exactly what had happened to our girl. Our cat Spooky had a really rough week and was in and out of their office the whole week receiving IV’s, being on oxygen, not eating, etc, but the staff at Riverview made sure she was well taken care of and met all of our needs. They never made us feel like we were burdening them or they didn’t have time for her. After that experience, we knew we needed to be establish care for all of our cats there.
We started meeting with Dr. Wishon earlier this year, and she was able to provide great care and advice for one of our elderly cats who had some chronic health conditions and special needs. She is great at sensitively providing information. Although some of the visits were tough and sad, we always walked away feeling like we better understood our pets and the care they needed.
We absolutely love Riverview and feel that they go above and beyond to meet the needs of both your pets and yourself!

This place is always in a hurry. The care is okay. The vet tried to one up my wife. Terrible bedside manner. I would not recommend this place. They just don't care enough. But, I haven't found a vet yet in this neck of the woods, that does. It's about money and making more money. Getvthem in and get them out.

Dr. Thueson, Dr. Summers, and Dr. Meyers are awesome! Best vets I have ever had...and I'm old! Dr. Thueson saved our Sheltie, and he is doing great! Highly recommend this clinic, very friendly attentive staff. Our female Manx was bitten by a Rattlesnake. Rushed her to Riverview, ran into the front desk, and stated, "She was just bitten by a Rattlesnake." No words were spoken by the front staff they just grabbed her and ran her to the back. They updated me quickly, advising she was only scratched by a fang and would have a cool arching scar from her ear to the bottom of her chin! I have said goodbye to four of my best friends at Riverview, and the compassion and kindness they show is amazing! Thank you, Riverview!

These guys are amazing. They were on emergency duty when older cat had a medical emergency. I called to let them know when we were coming in (i live an hour away), and they were there to recieve us with open arms even when our journey proved too late and sweet old kitty passed. They were so kind and caring with how they handled the whole situation and made an already horrifically sad situation much easier. I really appreciate all of the help and sensitive care they gave us. Awesome folks ❤️

I hadn't switched to Riverview yet and before I did my cat went missing for 6.5 long and miserable weeks. After he was finally found, Riverview had gotten us in nearly immediately and did a wellness check on him, gave him an IV, and sent some de-wormer to go home with him just in case. Thank you for getting Milo in so fast and for your kindness. Emily was our vet at the time I believe and she was so sweet to us and even made a cute glove balloon for my toddler to play with to keep her preoccupied! Her assistant was awesome as well. Towards the end when we were leaving, a kind gentleman assisted in carrying out my giant carrier that I had to use for my not-so-giant-anymore cat so that I could get my daughter to my car! You all made this first experience a breath of fresh air and now my Milo is home, warm, healthy and soon to be at his "normal" weight.

This is an amazing place! Our cat had been throwing up, not eating, not drinking, and acting extremely lethargic. We took him to a different vet and he was able to get multiple xrays taken of his abdomen. He also had to drink this liquid that lights up on xray to show if there is a blockage. Well after the first xray after drinking the liquid he was sent home for the night. We were told possible surgery and that it wouldn’t be an issue because the next day was a surgery day. Brought him back the next morning (we were surprised he made it through the night with how sick he was) for another xray to see if the liquid moved through his gi tract or if there was definitely a blockage. After a few hours got the call stating he did appear to have a foreign body in his intestine. The other vet said they were not capable of doing his surgery and told us they would put in a referral to WSU. WSU quoted us $10,000! Our previous vet then called around to all the vet offices in the valley and Dr. Meyers agreed to do the surgery for between $1,200- $2,200! He got him in that day, found the foreign body, gave him IV fluids, and it was even under the $1,200! My kitty is home now, eating and drinking, and acting like his normal self. I am so thankful for the great care this office gave and their willingness to get our poor baby in promptly!

Early this morning my wife woke me up in a panick. Our cat was unable to walk and lost control of his bladder and bowls. He was yowling and was in a tremendous amount of pain. I suspected he was suffering from a saddle thrombus, which occurs when a blood clot breaks off from a larger clot in the heart and lodges in the aorta where it splits into the left and right iliac arteries. Dr. Eggert acted promptly and with compassion. He assured me that this my wife and I had done everything correctly and that these things just happen. Thank you to everyone who assisted me in my families time of need. You guys are the best.

My little dog Tucker was peeing a lot at times only drips, so on 6/7/2024 I had a appointment, As we were waiting they called our name, and Tucker got on the scale with no help, then into the exam room where we met a young pregnant lady, and she introduced herself as a new employee, She checked his lungs and throat, she said he has a heart murmur and ask to take a couple x rays on Tucker. When done she pointed out that Tucker had an enlarged heart, enlarged cancer in his pancreas and kidney stones, it sounded serious. Then she said it would be in my best interests to have Tucker put to sleep, she ask me if he was vomiting , and diarrhea , I said no, no blood work , or urinalysis, then she said we will be open tomorrow ( Saturday) if you decide to have Tucker put to sleep, because Tucker is dying and most likely won’t make it through the weekend, then she said I’ll give you a few minutes to think about it, I told her I was not putting my little dog to sleep, then she said I’ll have your paper work at the front desk, never giving me any meds for pain or anything to dissolve his stones, so now I’m calling Dr Amy at clarkston vet clinic for a second opinion, she did a urinalysis, gave me a antibiotic and pain pills,, Tucker never had a enlarged heart, or cancer in his pancreas only a few stones that are dissolving with proper prescribed dog food,
I’m glad I called Clarkston Veterinary Clinic for a second opinion, otherwise I’m afraid my little dog would of died or put to sleep.

I just wanted to thank the staff and Dr., that handled my appointment today at Riverview, for their kindness, empathy and professionalism with taking care of my 16 and a half year old dog, Bobby❣️❣️❣️ He had been struggling for awhile, but always seemed to snap back, but this morning, his back legs and hips would not support him and he was having trouble relaxing and breathing, I had to let him go, though this decision is never easy, the clinic was very helpful and loving. I have been using Riverview for 20 plus years and they never cease to amaze me, thank you, all.

We have taken them to Riverview Clinic for Dr. Sarah Calvin ( who is their primary provider) for frequent care the last year; our babies had multiple issues upon moving here. We have been nothing but exceptionally happy and thankful for Dr. Sarah and the staff. Their expertise and genuine care and smarts have helped our pups recover their quality of life which has made us so happy. We also have taken them to board there multiple times. Know that if you decide to go here, you will not find better price, better care, or better people up front and throughout the clinic than anywhere else in the valley. Kaylan or Kayla has the worst customer service ever…I asked if they had payment plans as I have made payments before never once did I say I couldn’t pay for service…emergency service is too expensive for me today…she told me that I should sell my stuff..which I thought was weird…as I didn’t say I wouldn’t pay…or that I couldn’t come up with the money…I told her she probably shouldn’t say that to people as it comes across rude…she got even ruder told me she said it because I demanded payments…like what…I understood they didn’t do payments anymore I wasn’t rude about it…as she can’t control that…she basically shamed me and told me I shouldn’t have a pet that I can’t pay for…I asked to talk to someone because she was being condescending she denied that and hung up on me…she escalated that call so quick she needs to understand that people are probably already stressed out she should be nice…not one time was I rude or loud…she was mocking me as well….do better!!!! I always bring my pets here but now I’m good

I would just like to say that this veterinarian clinic and their team are amazing! My family took a 2.5 hour trip to Clarkston, WA. I completely forgot to pack my ferret's medication. By the time we realized this, we wouldn't have made it back home in time to give him his dose. His regular vet was closed for the weekend. Without his medication he would be having seizures and possibly die. I called after hours for the on call emergency vet. Dr. Thueson was so amazing! She got my lil guy a dose in the time it took us to drive ten minutes from a gas station to the clinic! Ya'll are amazing and thank you so much! -Aang the ferret and his mom

I’ve been consistently taking Remington to Riverview for about 2 years now, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a more wonderful experience with any other animal clinic in the northwest. Every single visit is met with so much kindness, professionalism, and overall positivity - I always feel happy when I leave. It’s like the Dutch Bros of animal clinics that way.
I think what really makes the difference is the fact that the staff and doctors are as personable as they are professional. They make it overtly clear that they know what they’re doing, but they don’t use that as an excuse to act condescending or rude - they love to take an active interest in my dog, play with him a little, comfort him, etc - it’s clear that they genuinely care about his health like I do.

My hunting partner and I brought in his dog that accidently got hit with some buckshot a few weeks ago We were blown away with how they treated us in getting the dog in right away and stitched up. They did a fantastic job. It was our first time there because we are from western Wa. At this point I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed (which of course I hope not).

Went with my boyfriend and his dog for an examination and procedure. My issue was that they were so high volume in the waiting area / reception area it was hard to even hear the discharge instructions. the receptionist had no idea what procedure our pup was supposed to have, they chose not to preform an aspect of the procedure which we had specifically discussed with the vet and wouldn't have had any information on without us asking and the receptionist going back and conferring with the vet. i think for general stuff they did ok, but with how busy they always are i would caution if you are looking for a more 1:1 vet who will prioritize you having the full information of your pet. It felt like volume of patients was the priority rather than the quality of the appointments. Wasn't impressed, and we wont be going back.

I was very stressed about my cat who was straining to urinate. However, Dr. Sarah and the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming. We felt very safe and well taken care of. They provided us with great resources for the future in helping our sweet boy. They were also very accommodating when it came to finances. As a young woman trying to save money, they were very helpful in providing the right care to not only my needs but also my cats. I will be going here from now on!

My dog Diesel got ran over and was hurt bad. Even though Riverview was clearly busy they got him in for emergency surgery same day and saved his life. The Veterinarians were so kind and compassionate, even texting and checking in on him. All of the aftercare appointments were a great experience and it was amazing to watch our buddy recover. He almost seems happier and more adventurous now that he has a new lease on life. He's 12 years old and was starting to slow down, but now he just wants to be involved in everything. Our whole family is so happy. Riverview's pricing was very reasonable for what they've done for us. I only hope the best for all of the staff there and I'll recommend their service to everyone I can. My dog Sadie was having seizures.
I was from out of town. They saw her that night to evaluate her.
Later that night she had another seizures.
They gave me medicine to give her if she had another seizures.
I gave her the medicine and she has not had a seizures since.
I contacted my vet clinic when I got back into town.
Will be seeing them next week.

We love this vet clinic! Veterinary care can be difficult, expensive, and very sensitive for the owners. We have had such great experiences there and will continue to take our pets to Riverview. We started there last year after needing an emergency visit for one of our pets.
Dr. Sarah was super kind and although it was an emergency visit, she didn’t just rush us through and still took the time to explain the care our cat needed and exactly what had happened to our girl. Our cat Spooky had a really rough week and was in and out of their office the whole week receiving IV’s, being on oxygen, not eating, etc, but the staff at Riverview made sure she was well taken care of and met all of our needs. They never made us feel like we were burdening them or they didn’t have time for her. After that experience, we knew we needed to be establish care for all of our cats there.
We started meeting with Dr. Wishon earlier this year, and she was able to provide great care and advice for one of our elderly cats who had some chronic health conditions and special needs. She is great at sensitively providing information. Although some of the visits were tough and sad, we always walked away feeling like we better understood our pets and the care they needed.
We absolutely love Riverview and feel that they go above and beyond to meet the needs of both your pets and yourself!

Dr. Thueson, Dr. Summers, and Dr. Meyers are awesome! Best vets I have ever had...and I'm old! Dr. Thueson saved our Sheltie, and he is doing great! Highly recommend this clinic, very friendly attentive staff. Our female Manx was bitten by a Rattlesnake. Rushed her to Riverview, ran into the front desk, and stated, "She was just bitten by a Rattlesnake." No words were spoken by the front staff they just grabbed her and ran her to the back. They updated me quickly, advising she was only scratched by a fang and would have a cool arching scar from her ear to the bottom of her chin! I have said goodbye to four of my best friends at Riverview, and the compassion and kindness they show is amazing! Thank you, Riverview!

These guys are amazing. They were on emergency duty when older cat had a medical emergency. I called to let them know when we were coming in (i live an hour away), and they were there to recieve us with open arms even when our journey proved too late and sweet old kitty passed. They were so kind and caring with how they handled the whole situation and made an already horrifically sad situation much easier. I really appreciate all of the help and sensitive care they gave us. I hadn't switched to Riverview yet and before I did my cat went missing for 6.5 long and miserable weeks. After he was finally found, Riverview had gotten us in nearly immediately and did a wellness check on him, gave him an IV, and sent some de-wormer to go home with him just in case. Thank you for getting Milo in so fast and for your kindness. Emily was our vet at the time I believe and she was so sweet to us and even made a cute glove balloon for my toddler to play with to keep her preoccupied! Her assistant was awesome as well. Towards the end when we were leaving, a kind gentleman assisted in carrying out my giant carrier that I had to use for my not-so-giant-anymore cat so that I could get my daughter to my car! You all made this first experience a breath of fresh air and now my Milo is home, warm, healthy and soon to be at his "normal" weight.

This is an amazing place! Our cat had been throwing up, not eating, not drinking, and acting extremely lethargic. We took him to a different vet and he was able to get multiple xrays taken of his abdomen. He also had to drink this liquid that lights up on xray to show if there is a blockage. Well after the first xray after drinking the liquid he was sent home for the night. We were told possible surgery and that it wouldn’t be an issue because the next day was a surgery day. Brought him back the next morning (we were surprised he made it through the night with how sick he was) for another xray to see if the liquid moved through his gi tract or if there was definitely a blockage. After a few hours got the call stating he did appear to have a foreign body in his intestine. The other vet said they were not capable of doing his surgery and told us they would put in a referral to WSU. WSU quoted us $10,000! Our previous vet then called around to all the vet offices in the valley and Dr. Meyers agreed to do the surgery for between $1,200- $2,200! He got him in that day, found the foreign body, gave him IV fluids, and it was even under the $1,200! My kitty is home now, eating and drinking, and acting like his normal self. I am so thankful for the great care this office gave and their willingness to get our poor baby in promptly!

Early this morning my wife woke me up in a panick. Our cat was unable to walk and lost control of his bladder and bowls. He was yowling and was in a tremendous amount of pain. I suspected he was suffering from a saddle thrombus, which occurs when a blood clot breaks off from a larger clot in the heart and lodges in the aorta where it splits into the left and right iliac arteries. Dr. Eggert acted promptly and with compassion. He assured me that this my wife and I had done everything correctly and that these things just happen. Thank you to everyone who assisted me in my families time of need. You guys are the best.

My little dog Tucker was peeing a lot at times only drips, so on 6/7/2024 I had a appointment, As we were waiting they called our name, and Tucker got on the scale with no help, then into the exam room where we met a young pregnant lady, and she introduced herself as a new employee, She checked his lungs and throat, she said he has a heart murmur and ask to take a couple x rays on Tucker. When done she pointed out that Tucker had an enlarged heart, enlarged cancer in his pancreas and kidney stones, it sounded serious. Then she said it would be in my best interests to have Tucker put to sleep, she ask me if he was vomiting , and diarrhea , I said no, no blood work , or urinalysis, then she said we will be open tomorrow ( Saturday) if you decide to have Tucker put to sleep, because Tucker is dying and most likely won’t make it through the weekend, then she said I’ll give you a few minutes to think about it, I told her I was not putting my little dog to sleep, then she said I’ll have your paper work at the front desk, never giving me any meds for pain or anything to dissolve his stones, so now I’m calling Dr Amy at clarkston vet clinic for a second opinion, she did a urinalysis, gave me a antibiotic and pain pills,, Tucker never had a enlarged heart, or cancer in his pancreas only a few stones that are dissolving with proper prescribed dog food,
I’m glad I called Clarkston Veterinary Clinic for a second opinion, otherwise I’m afraid my little dog would of died or put to sleep.

I just wanted to thank the staff and Dr., that handled my appointment today at Riverview, for their kindness, empathy and professionalism with taking care of my 16 and a half year old dog, Bobby❣️❣️❣️ He had been struggling for awhile, but always seemed to snap back, but this morning, his back legs and hips would not support him and he was having trouble relaxing and breathing, I had to let him go, though this decision is never easy, the clinic was very helpful and loving. We have taken them to Riverview Clinic for Dr. Sarah Calvin ( who is their primary provider) for frequent care the last year; our babies had multiple issues upon moving here. We have been nothing but exceptionally happy and thankful for Dr. Sarah and the staff. I would just like to say that this veterinarian clinic and their team are amazing! My family took a 2.5 hour trip to Clarkston, WA. I completely forgot to pack my ferret's medication. By the time we realized this, we wouldn't have made it back home in time to give him his dose. His regular vet was closed for the weekend. Without his medication he would be having seizures and possibly die. I called after hours for the on call emergency vet. Dr. Thueson was so amazing! She got my lil guy a dose in the time it took us to drive ten minutes from a gas station to the clinic! Ya'll are amazing and thank you so much! -Aang the ferret and his mom

They were kind, compassionate, and very important to me warm and bubbly. I love when people are super friendly. But they were also flexible and understanding. It's also a huge plus that they had very updated and clean looking offices as well as comfortable and pretty.

Going to a new Veterinarian or Animal Clinic always brings some level of anxiety and worry along with it - you want nothing but the best for your pet, and you want their healthcare to reflect that.
I’ve been consistently taking Remington to Riverview for about 2 years now, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a more wonderful experience with any other animal clinic in the northwest. Every single visit is met with so much kindness, professionalism, and overall positivity - I always feel happy when I leave. It’s like the Dutch Bros of animal clinics that way.
I think what really makes the difference is the fact that the staff and doctors are as personable as they are professional. They make it overtly clear that they know what they’re doing, but they don’t use that as an excuse to act condescending or rude - they love to take an active interest in my dog, play with him a little, comfort him, etc - it’s clear that they genuinely care about his health like I do.
Trust that your animals will be safe, happy, and well-taken care of if you choose to bring them here.

Riverview is wonderful. Took my beloved shelter dog there for 12+ years. When she was dying, they came to my house to put her to sleep, took her to be cremated and let me make payments

Even when they are busy (they are always busy!) they take the time to explain things and make the experience as enjoyable as it can be with a sick animal. They obviously care about the animals and listen to concerns.

The best. I have had dogs for over 40 years and this is the best vet and staff that I have experienced. Being new to the area, I am so pleased to have them as a resource.
